Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of One Trinity Studio ("the Service"), operated by One Trinity.

1. The Service

One Trinity Studio creates, schedules and publishes social media content to Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts that an authorized account holder connects with their consent, and displays engagement metrics for that content.

2. Authorized use

You may only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the content published through the Service and for complying with the policies of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and applicable law.

3. Acceptable content

You agree not to use the Service to publish content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, or that violates Meta's Platform Terms and Community Standards.

4. Access and termination

You may disconnect your accounts and stop using the Service at any time via your Facebook Business Integrations settings. We may suspend access that violates these Terms.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, One Trinity is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or from third-party platform availability.
