This Privacy Policy explains how One Trinity ("we", "us") handles information in connection with One Trinity Studio — our internal application used to create, schedule and publish content to social media accounts (including Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts) that an account holder explicitly connects.

1. Who this applies to

One Trinity Studio is used by One Trinity and its authorized operators to manage social media accounts that the account owner connects with their own consent. We only access accounts that are explicitly authorized through Facebook Login or Meta Business tools.

2. Information we access

When you connect an account, with your permission we may access:

We do not request or store the passwords of your Facebook or Instagram accounts.

3. How we use the information

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising profiling or share it with third parties except as required to provide the service (the Meta Graph API) or by law.

4. Storage and retention

Access tokens and connection details are stored securely and used only to operate the service. We retain them while the account remains connected. When you disconnect the account, or after a period of inactivity, the tokens become invalid and are removed.

5. Deleting your data

You can remove our access at any time from your Facebook Business Integrations settings. To request deletion of any data we hold, follow our Data Deletion instructions or email contato@onetrinity.co. We will delete the associated data within 30 days.

6. Third parties

The application relies on Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook & Instagram) via the Meta Graph API. Your use of those platforms is also governed by Meta's own terms and policies.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
