Data Deletion

You can remove our access and request deletion of any data associated with your account from One Trinity Studio at any time. There are two ways:

Option A — Remove access yourself (instant)

1. Go to your Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations.
2. Find One Trinity Studio and click Remove.

This immediately revokes our access tokens, after which the stored tokens become invalid and are removed.

Option B — Request full deletion

1. Email contato@onetrinity.co with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
2. Include the Facebook/Instagram account name you connected so we can locate the records.

We will permanently delete the associated data (access tokens, connection details and cached metrics) within 30 days and confirm by email.

What we delete

Access tokens, page/account identifiers, connection settings, and any cached engagement metrics tied to your connected accounts. We do not retain the passwords of your accounts (we never have access to them).
